Returns Policy

The following are the Terms and Conditions that constitute our returns policy. Please read these terms alongside the information found on our Delivery & Returns Page.


1. Returning your goods to us

Your returned goods must be packaged securely in a new, unused condition in their original packaging with swing tickets intact. RoseMill reserve the right to decline your return if you have failed to take appropriate care of your goods.

2. Shipping

Shipping charges that are applied to the original purchase are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to an error by RoseMill.

Shipping costs to return the item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item is returned due to an error by RoseMill.

When posting your item back to us, please obtain proof of postage for your package, just in case it fails to reach us. (N.B. proof of postage is not proof of delivery).


3. Exchanges

When completing our online returns form, you will be given the option to request for the item to be exchanged. 

If requested, exchanges may be processed for alternative items (for example, a different colour). Additional costs may be incurred if the exchanging item is a more expensive product. Additional shipping fees may be incurred as part of the alternative item being shipped.

RoseMill reserves the right to decline your request for an exchange if the item returned to us is not in a new, unused condition, as described in section 1 of this policy.
