Online Returns Form

We want you to be completely happy with your Bronte by Moon order. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with an item in your order, you can return it to us, and we will be happy to either refund or exchange your item. 

To return your item to us, please complete the online returns form below. Please ensure that you complete the paper form you have received with your order as well as the online form below. This helps us to match up your return/exchange request quicker. Please note that upon receipt of this form, we would expect to receive your item within 28 days. Returns will not be processed until we are within receipt of the returned item. If returns are received after the 28-day period, customers will need to resubmit their online returns request.
